Koh Phayam
Koh Phayam is a small and beautiful island at the West Coast of Thailand, near Ranong in the Andaman Sea. Koh Phayam is sometimes also written as Ko Payam, but it is the same island.
Our dive shop is located at the crossroad, just 100m before the entrance to the main beach of the island: Ao Yai. Let's meet each other there! We are happy to provide you with all the details you need to discover the Andaman Sea with us.
Like Koh Samui in the seventies
Koh Phayam is localy called the Maledives of Thailand. It is for sure very charming place, with it's natural beauty. Several beaches are there for you to relax, swim, walk, explore, surf, snorkel, having fun at a beach party and more. Koh Phayam is still at the very beginnning of tourism and some compare it to Koh Samui in the seventies.
There are no cars on the island, but there are motorbikes and bycicles for rent. At the innerlands of the island, you can find agriculture, like cashew nuts- and rubber plantations. The mountains with their green vegetation and the romantic bays provide beautiful sceneries.
